We are a firm providing consultations and preparation in legal matters, and we do not provide regulated legal services (judicial representation, procedural representation, legal defense reserved to colegiados lawyers). Regulated legal services are performed by independent partner lawyers in Spain and the European Union (colegiados) under individual collaboration agreements. Our in-house jurists (with Spanish Law degree) conduct initial consultations, situation analysis, document preparation, and organizational coordination. All actions in courts or authorities are carried out by lawyers with active colegiación.
