Regulated legal services are performed by independent partner lawyers in Spain and the European Union (colegiados) under individual collaboration agreements. Our in-house jurists (with Spanish Law degree) conduct initial consultations, situation analysis, document preparation, and organizational coordination. All actions in courts or authorities are carried out by lawyers with active colegiación.

How payment works
You sign a contract exclusively with our company. Regulated actions are performed by independent partner lawyers under collaboration agreements (colaboración).
You pay one amount: our fixed fee for client onboarding, initial consultation, situation analysis and full case preparation, plus the partner lawyer's fee (included in this amount).
We independently calculate and agree the lawyer's fee (fixed or success-based) and pay it directly on your behalf after you approve the terms.
You receive a single invoice from our company and do not need separate settlements with the lawyer. All conditions are transparent and fixed in your contract with us.
